Usage and Care

The app requires Android 6.0 or above/iOS 11 or above.

How to wear:

1. Identify left and right earbud 2. Put on earbuds and adjust them to fit you 3. Move microphone towards your mouth *Please change to larger eartips if noise isolation is poor.

How to change eartips:

1. Turn eartip inside out and pull to remove from earbud 2. Turn new eartip inside out and press smaller end onto the earbud before flattening down the sides.

Touch controls:

1 touch to skip track, answer/end call or summon voice assistant. Double touch to pause/resume playing or answer/end call Hold either earbud for 1.5s to ignore call Hold left earbud to skip back Hold right earbud to skip forward Triple touch left earbud for voice assistant

QCY App T13:

Use sleep mode to help avoid accidental activation. Language change option available. Default EQ modes and OTA firmware updates. Push earbuds back into the charging case to quit sleep mode or you can stop it on the QCY App.
